WEEK ONE(5th-11th JULY 2015)

REQUIREMENTS PHASE

We have worked on the Requirements Specification Document for our Project TOOTOZ CLASS.

It consists of the following information ;

  • General  introduction
            Problem Statement (explaining the major issue that application is trying to solve)
            Proposed Solution

  •  List of the potential users of the application
  •  Benefits of using the application (State key benefits for each user)
  •  The user requirements
  •  The functional requirements ; the actual functionality that we expect the application to perform
  •  The non- functional requirements
  •  Software Requirements (type and version, Os supported,IDE used)
  •  Hardware requirements for the application to run on a device

WEEK TWO(12th-18th JULY 2015)

DESIGN PHASE

We have worked on explaining the design components of the application defining the data flow, interface flow and system architecture of Tootoz class.

This is a break down of the design document;

  - System Architecture diagram - Briefly explaining what each module/component of  the system does

  - Data Flow Diagram

  - User Interface Flow (Screen Navigation diagram)

  -Class Diagram (Showing classes and API used)

Though we had difficulties in defining the data storage process for our application because most of the data is stored within the application itself. But we are working tirelessly to come up with a solution to this.
